"My Wife and I were kept up all night and they gave us a room underneath the stairs. The gentleman above us was up and down all night from 10pm-3am. It was a horrible evening. Had to go downstairs at 3:15am to request a different room."

"A door placard should be in each room to let the maids know I want my room cleaned and towels replaced! We were there for three nights and had to ask for clean towels and trash to be removed!"

"Pool was not open yet, breakfast is simple. Always hear from the outside that door slammed loudly. The vent in the room seems can not turn off, also very loud."

"What a nice surprise to find this independent gem at such a great location. It overlooks the ocean, and there is a swimming beach just a short walk down the sidewalk. Plenty of parking, indoor and outdoor pools and a decent continental breakfast. Good value for a clean and updated room with a fridge and no carpet."

"Nice room. Bed was very comfy. The HVAC was a little, tiny bit noisy. The tv guide an old scroller, which I find pretty annoying. Other than that a very nice holiday inn express. Breakfast was well looked after and food was very fresh and good!"

"We came here with our almost 5 year old for just a quick one night get away. The room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful and we loved the pool which was clean and nicely heated, also enjoyed the arcade. Plymouth is such a cute area! My only complaint is the bed could have been a little softer. This might become our quick get away go to!"

"Very nice place. Sink didnt drain so they had to call maintenance and in the artist towers, the faucet is so close to the sink you can barely use it. Also on the last night even though the air was on 67 it stayed 74 in the room which made it hard to sleep"

"The specific room I was facing a busy intersection and a hospital, so I was up all night from all the yelling, beeping, and sirens. Also, our toilet overflowed for seemingly no reason, unless my pee is chunky, and the guy plunged it and threw some towels on the floor instead of mopping. Backrooms ass hotel"

"Staff was awesome. Had our room available early for our early arrival. I was disappointed when I couldn’t get coffee from the restaurant attached to the hotel because I was told they ran out! Amazing staff friendly location. Made our room early. Would totally recommend. Rooms are smaller but served our purpose 100%. Will stay there again if in Boston. But they should keep more coffee on hand for guests that wake up around 8:30am and would like a cup of coffee in the morning."
