"Clean room. The staff was excellent and the property was a delight. If you are looking for something close to city center this is a bit out of the way. It’s still walkable in any direction but to get to the train station will take you about 20 minutes. Now the great factor about this location is the easy access to Ponte Vecchio, Ufizi gallery and Vivilo’s cafe. The affogato at Vivoli is absolutely to die for. "Impressive hotel, loved the mini bar, room very clean. The device provided in the room for exploring the city looked amazing - unfortunately ours wouldn’t charge so don’t know how good this was. We did let reception know and they said the next day we would have a new one but it did t happen. Did not detract from our stay. Beautiful views from restaurant. Good location. Taxis from the airport are expensive!! "
