"Front desk, maintenance and bell staff were excellent. They were prompt and courteous. Very friendly and welcoming check in with front desk and concierge. Property definitely needs an update. Also common areas like hallways and elevator should be deep cleaned and maintained better."

Everything we needed was supplied, such as plenty of towels, bedding, shampoo and conditioner, dish soap and sponge, and extra trash bags. There was even a Brita water filter in the fridge, so we didn't need to buy water. The instructions on how to get in and get to the apartment could be better. "This is my 2nd time staying at Sentral Old Town in Scottsdale. I had previously enjoyed my stay here very much, but I will NEVER return to this hotel. "Travelled with my family 3 adults 1 kid, we had plenty of room, spacious ! Host provides lots of things to have while ok your trip. Felt very safe, not a loud area, definitely would book again! Everything was nearby, close to all the near cities and a fun time"
