"I have two customer service concerns: When I visited the pool at approximately 3:15 I inquired about ordering a beverage at the bar the waiter shared a menu with me and let me know when I was ready to order that the two stuff that we’re coming on would help me when I made a decision and I said OK they never came out like 30 minutes to help me I tried to use a scam scanner on the outside in the pool that was not working. When I went back in there, the two workers were just like standing around...

"Clean room. The downside was their pool was not heated or open and they had no coffee machines in room. Had to wait till 7am to get from office"

"I thought the room was really excellent and the details, from the kettle to the shower were really top of the line. My only complaint was that the super inviting walk in shower, with the giant shower head, had very weak water pressure - it was a real disappointment."

Needs to be cleaned more because there is left over hair and dust from previous stays and also there is hair in the tub, as well as the toilet was not cleaned and there was hair dust on top of the toilet seat cover. Breakfast was good but when we got there to check in there was still eggs and food from the morning and hopefully it wasn’t used for the next morning. Staff was friendly. And it’s very close to the boardwalk and it’s 1 to 2 minute walk."

"The pool was ok. Empty coffee cups sat in the parking lot for hours. Broken trim in the room and unfinished carpentry under oven hood, no pots or pans and couldnt use the kitchen we extra for without pans or utensils. It would have been cheaper to have just two beds. The door in the bathroom was eaten through the bottom of door I am assuming from pets. No mirror in the room except bathroom. Internet was always going out due to many people and tv the same, not to mention we were locked out of our...
