"I wanted, and assumed I paid for an ocean view room. Instead, our room was on the pool level and right next door to the door to the pool. I requested a different room but was told there weren't any. The room was noisie and had no privacy. We probably will not be staying there again. That room was not worth the $1,000 per night we paid for it."

"Repeatedly asked for late checkout. Each day they would pass the buck to the next day's staff. Ended up changing plans since couldn't get an answer. Upon checkout it was offered but it was too late by then. Spend 3 nights and requested housekeeping for the last full day. Again asked several times (via text and in person), never happened. I believe staff is not trained enough before going solo. Location is very convenient. We had a room with 2 beds. A bit tight, but we expected that."

"Very clean. Small for the price but location is everything. It’s just the right amount of loud during the day and surprisingly quiet as soon as the boardwalk closes. Everything we needed we had and the parking was great!"

"We had a very enjoyable stay overall and would definitely consider visiting again. The property was clean, comfortable, and offered plenty of space for our family. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and the location was excellent—close to several beautiful beaches and convenient to local attractions. There were a few drawbacks. Our cottage was located up quite a few stairs, which made carrying luggage and navigating with children a bit challenging. The breakfast options...

"The breakfast was delicious and healthy! They offer a lot of extras like wine and cheese, bikes and beach supplies. The rooms were comfortable and smelled fresh. I only wish there was a chair in my room. Otherwise still a 5-star experience! Fantastic location to getting to a popular beach as well."

"Not what was expected. Location was 2 renovated homes and a little difficult to find. Bedding and bathroom were neat and clean but rug seemed dirty and the fabric on chair had a large stain. We had to call staff to announce our arrival and check out the next morning only required a signature on rooms list."

"The manager of the hotel was very welcoming and helpful. The property is an older property, but has been upgraded and taken care of. The room we stayed in was clean. It did, however, need some refreshing to the paint and furnishings. Unfortunately, during our stay we had loud neighbors on both sides. I spoke with the manager, and he was responsive and helpful."
