The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and the location was excellent—close to several beautiful beaches and convenient to local attractions. There were a few drawbacks. "I have stayed at the Inn At Depot Hill on many occasions and have never been disappointed. Beautifully managed and maintained. I really love this place it feels like home. They could not be more gracious and wonderful. The rooms are spotless meticulously cleaned. They go out of their way they serve a beautiful breakfast breakfast either in the common dining room room or in your room. Just cannot say enough nice things about this beautiful place."

"Overall, we had a great stay. We reserved two rooms, and both were clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was your standard hotel breakfast, but it was good enough to start the day. The pool was clean and stayed open until 11 PM, which was a huge plus since we were able to enjoy it after spending the day out. They had run out of towels at the pool, but once we let the front desk know, they quickly brought out fresh ones. There's also a small 24/7 gym, which was a nice bonus. The...

"The beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean. The cleaning staff were very courteous."

"I wanted, and assumed I paid for an ocean view room. Instead, our room was on the pool level and right next door to the door to the pool. I requested a different room but was told there weren't any. The room was noisie and had no privacy. We probably will not be staying there again. That room was not worth the $1,000 per night we paid for it."

"Repeatedly asked for late checkout. Each day they would pass the buck to the next day's staff. Ended up changing plans since couldn't get an answer. Upon checkout it was offered but it was too late by then. Spend 3 nights and requested housekeeping for the last full day. Again asked several times (via text and in person), never happened. I believe staff is not trained enough before going solo. Location is very convenient. We had a room with 2 beds. A bit tight, but we expected that."
