"We had a very enjoyable stay overall and would definitely consider visiting again. The property was clean, comfortable, and offered plenty of space for our family. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and the location was excellent—close to several beautiful beaches and convenient to local attractions. There were a few drawbacks. "I thought the room was really excellent and the details, from the kettle to the shower were really top of the line. My only complaint was that the super inviting walk in shower, with the giant shower head, had very weak water pressure - it was a real disappointment."

"Very nice staff I will say but I can’t lie whatever you paid for the room (especially during peak season) it should probably be less. The room was pretty tore up and the tv didn’t even have a remote. The shower drain cover was falling off and a lot of the furniture was ripped. The floors felt kinda greasy and grimy and the towels were super thin. But at least the sheets were clean, bed was comfy, easy parking, & they don’t price gouge as much as some of these other spots. "The space was well maintained and comfortable. However, the pillows were too stiff and the air conditioner did not work well. Additionally, it was a challenge to log into the wifi service. For my purpose on this trip, Seaside was adequate, but I may stay elsewhere if my situation is different on a future trip."

"We had a marvelous room with character, overlooking the beach and wharf in santa cruz. The bed was extremely comfortable, though the pillows were a little weird. There was a HUGE tv screen in the room, plus microwave, fridge and coffee maker. The room also came with a huge shower and beautifully renovated bathroom and a private balcony.
