"I thought the room was really excellent and the details, from the kettle to the shower were really top of the line. My only complaint was that the super inviting walk in shower, with the giant shower head, had very weak water pressure - it was a real disappointment."

"The staff upon arrival was extremely helpful and courteous. The property was fairly clean, but overall I was a bit disappointed with the room and the quality for the price. The pillows were terrible and the amenities were lacking for the money. No hair dryer even in the room. The room was small and lots of noise from the room above us. We payed over 100 dollars more to stay at this hotel from another one we had stayed before and sadly the other one was a way better option for the price. Very sad...

"The properties location is in an exquisite spot ocean front right on the water. I was told parking was $35. In fact I was charged 40 per car. It’s good that they have an adjacent parking lot to accommodate guests first before opening up. Any additional parking to visitors great location very clean rooms quiet area highly recommend recommended."

"You have to pay for valet even though it's not valet - I drove my car into a basement, parked it at random booth only for them to get in and drive it 10 feet away. Was beyond frustrating. 4 men standing there who never helped with my luggage not even once. Lady at the front was clearly on some type of drug, looked messy and couldn't keep her thoughts straight. Room was nice but they never came to clean it in a 3 night stay."

"Very nice staff I will say but I can’t lie whatever you paid for the room (especially during peak season) it should probably be less. The room was pretty tore up and the tv didn’t even have a remote. The shower drain cover was falling off and a lot of the furniture was ripped. The floors felt kinda greasy and grimy and the towels were super thin. But at least the sheets were clean, bed was comfy, easy parking, & they don’t price gouge as much as some of these other spots. "The lobby and pool area are very nice. The pool was packed with kids, at all hours. Overall, I was disappointed. The room was small, with scuffed floors and looking a little worse for wear. The shower still had hair from the last occupant. There was no microwave and the prices at the bar and for snacks was very high. Common areas (hallways, elevator) were dirty with leaves and debris. I sincerely question the 4 star rating and why I spent so much for the experience I had."

"The location is good, close to downtown. The staff were very agreeable. The rooms are very basic. No amenities to speak of. The smell of cleaners and deodorizer is very strong. Towels and pillows were minimal but staff provided more on request. No coffee. The refrigerator is useful. The price seems very high for something so basic."

"The walls were very thin and I could clearly hear the people next door as if they were in the same room. The particular room I was in smelled very bad like bad body odor. The room was clean but the place generally looked pretty run down. I will stay elsewhere next time."
