"A small but well appointed twin room. Quiet and could not hear other people, so this was good. Tasty pub grub and a decent choice for breakfast. Just what we needed"

"Check-in was quick and easy as someone was at the desk but there were times I would have liked to ask a question of a staff member but there was no one around. I would also like to have had a suitcase stand rather than have it opened on the floor. I don't like to us the bed as a suitcase stand as the suitcase is not particularly clean."

It’s an aged hotel/Manor House with lots of charm, wood panelling, beautiful staircase. Cleanliness was superb along with the standard of food. We enjoyed a perfect stay! "
