"What size of the property was a great location for Coronado and San Diego. The location was in a walkable area to restaurants, shopping, hotel, del, and the beach. The property was well maintained and clean. Breakfast was sufficient. The staff was very helpful and easy to interact with. The rooms were clean. It was nice to have a different experience than just a hotel, especially in a small quaint area like Coronado. I would definitely stay there again."

"Check-in was easy and staff offers to assist with luggage due to there being no elevator -which was great. Location was downtown and dirty outside. No parking/valet unless you circle around building to next street over for an off-site 3rd party parking garage. Internet in room was down so we could not use the TV (booked this hotel for a rest day to watch TV in bed) and the shower had a leak which pooled water in the bathroom, no phone located inside room to alert downstairs desk. "Stayed in room 1110 the entire night. The air-conditioning made so much noise. It sounded like somebody was breaking into the room. The next morning, I want to talk to the staff and all they did was say sorry it wasn’t even genuine I also asked the staff member to call cab for me. She said she wouldn’t. She never did waited over 90 minutes."

"It’s a beautiful hotel staff is polite properties very clean maintain. Only problem I had was that there was not garage parking at the hotel. You have the option of paying $70 for valet parking or finding a parking garage nearby and paying that. Only other complaint I have was the Wi-Fi was down during my stay. It worked have been nice to get a discount due to that inconvenience."

"The staff was very kind and helpful the entire stay & the hotel itself is very clean and new (minimal carpeted floors which I always look for). The only thing I could see being an issue for some travelers is it is in the heart of the Gaslamp district, so it can get a little loud during the weekends until last call. It was perfect for my little sister and I but is definitely something to consider when booking a place in Downtown SD :) That being said the location was fantastic! Close to so many...
