"My biggest issue with the property was the non working elevator at building 2. I believe that the elevator has been out of commission for some time and there is no plan on fixing it. My party had 4 seniors adults who need handicap assistance and none was avaliable. We were put on the 2nd floor but it was like going up 3 levels stairs. This was unacceptable but we had few options. "Sofa bed metal springs visible and not usable!!! Found dead bug when unfolded the sofa. Coffee machine had a used coffee filter still in the machine, so obviously not cleaned! No facial tissues"
