"Our room was spotless. The staff was incredible. The area we stayed in is currently being renovated but I’m positive it will look wonderful when completed. The restaurant and bar were both had inviting atmosphere and amazing staff."

"The room was very clean but the shower had an ingrained floor, a broken tile on the shower step and broken grouting around skirting. The steam room hinges were so rusty that I was surprised they still held the door on and the jacuzzi was mostly peeled paint would not have liked to use it. The childrens play area consisted of one very worn swing and a dilapitated play shoe. The games had one worn pool table. This was for the use of 50 rooms. "Located next to Premier Outlets, five minute walk to train station. Location is very convenient. Staff very helpful. Complimentary breakfast is easily one of the best Holiday Inn Express experiences I have had. Way better than North American options."

"It was very hot and they forgot to put a fan in my room but when ask one was supplied, the doors on the outside keep banging when other guests coming or going and the noise from some bikes rasing on the street below my window kept me up a long time during the night but the staff in the restaurant and hotel are great."

"The hotel itself is looking a bit tired but our room was spotless and clean. The staff were so lovely and helpful. The buffet breakfast was hot and tasty. The location is amazing. Fantastic place to stay if u don't want to spend loads of time in the hotel."
