She was very friendly and extremely helpful in making great recommendations on where to go. Natalie provided a great first impression which continued through our 3 night stay. "Staff was extremely Polite helpful, were clean unfortunately I didn't swim in them because it was raining. The restaurant which is adjoining has fantastic service and fantastic tasting meal. Dinner right would say is about 15% less than U.S prices. "

Service was extremely friendly, and Giselle was quick to answer questions and provide solutions to problems, such as arranging transport to the ferry upon our departure. Towels were arranged artistically with tropical flowers when we arrived. The Garifuna restaurant next door has great food and live music. The only caveats about the hotel that I'd mention is that the door to the bathroom is entirely clear glass, so there's no privacy from your travel partner...
