"Personnel are polite but they make you repeat your request 10 Times. I was given a wrong room for 2 days, they said its international app so they dont seethe type of room i booked. Finally on third day agreed to upgrade the room. For 2 days in a standard room i was not refunded or given complimentary service, they simply said sorry. I would recommend never to stay at this place."

"Unfortunately, every single time I am at this facility they don’t fail to disappoint. I try hard to avoid this hotel but sometimes I am forced to stay here. In this recent trip they give me a bad room first to only correct it with a better room, and there was a chaotic breakfast hosting with a wait time of over 30 minutes, which happens every single time at this hotel. "Room was always cleaned everyday. Staff were very friendly and supportive. Breakfast was so tasty with so many options in Indian, Asian and European dishes. My favorite was the spa with India treat massage and foot massage. I enjoyed my chai and chilli cheese toast at Mister Chai cafe!! So nice and comfortable rooms with comfortable beds and showers!"

"The property is absolutely stunning, really well looked after and you can tell a lot of effort is made to maintain this.
Location is good, and easy to walk or get taxi pick ups.
Staff generally went great though. We requested an additional bed, that I confirm in email twice before our 3am arrive, however this wasnt ready when we checked in (not great when we had been travelling all day and just wanted to get straight to bed).
