"Excellent staff. Poor hotel. No refrigerator in room. Only one small recessed ceiling light in bathroom. I was unable to shave with razor, so I bought a light for the bathroom. Only two clothes hangers. I asked for more and was given two more even though I needed 8 . I bought more hangers. No stall or curtain for shower so water goes all over the floor and is very slippery. I bought a shower mat for personal safety. No work desk for computer use. No laundry service or laundry facilities at...

"I arrived the unit late at 10.30pm, the key was placed in the mail room. I had taken it and follow instruction to park at level 6 at designated parking lot. However the key access to higher level was not working. Called no one respond. Taking risk to park at lower level, get in room fist. Saw a few coacroach on bed and table! Next day check out still not pick up my call, terrible management!"

"The reception staff were helpful and polite. The room was spacious with a pantry, dining table and sufficient bathroom amenities. However, the pillow didn't feel clean or fresh and the room smelled of moth balls which reduced somewhat after a few days but did not completely go away. The location was a bit far for me and LDP can be quite jam especially at peak hours."
