"We had a great stay at this hotel in Novato. The room was spacious and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Housekeeping came every other day, which worked perfectly for us and kept everything clean and tidy. The free breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from, and the staff was always nearby to refill items and make sure guests had everything they needed. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. If we come back to Novato, we will definitely stay here...

"Appreciated being able to check in early. Room was very plain but adequate. Only complaint was on Expedia it said a Queen bed but the bed in the room we had was definitely smaller than a Queen (Double?). Hotel said that was an "Expedia" issue."

"Location!! This is the only place within Point Reyes NS where you can spend the night unless you have a tent. It's perfect for what it is. The Lodge is more hostel than hotel, and is a cluster of buildings with different levels of accommodation. Everything is perfectly comfortable, including the beds. They provide sheets, blankets (actually a warm comforter), towels, bath mat, face cloth, hand/shower soap, and a fully-stocked kitchen, including things like cooking oil, some spices, salt and...

"The girl bar tender tried to charge me twice for my drink and food. She ran my card and then charged my room as well. Be aware that google states that their happy hour and free reception goes until 7:30 and it does not, make sure to call or get in touch with the hotel itself if you are hoping to take advantage of its free reception. One thing that was nice is that the male bartender who has been there for years idk maybe 8 years? He remembered me as a repeat customer and I felt like that,...

"Way better than expected. Rooms were a great size, it was quiet and the amenities were great. Booked room 9/10 for two adults and two kids, each had our own bathroom. It was great. "

"The staff were great and we so enjoyed this fun unexpected find! Free parking was included and an amazing breakfast was unexpected! We enjoyed it in the library but the open courtyard was beautiful too. Perfect in warmer weather. The bed was comfortable and plenty of hot water. There are stairs only to the second floor so plan for that."

"The room is not clean with some dirts on the ground and the cornor. There is no sofa so the room is large but a bit too empty. The restroom in separated into 2 small rooms and the wash sink and mirror is not with in the restroom. Also, fire alarm from 12 am to 1 am at midnight on April 12, 2026. "
