"🙂👍"

"Vi hade problem vid incheckningen. Man fick kod till dörren via Whats app. Hade inte whats app så det tog tid att förstå att det var den appen som användes, ladda ner den och kunna läsa koden. Vårt rum saknade nyckel som kom senare. Det gjorde att vi inte vågade lämna våra saker på rummet och fick vänta på reservnyckeln."

"Absolutely the sweetest hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was over the top amazing! The hotel breakfast wasn’t added bonus. The restaurant in the hotel is excellent and happy hour every day from 3 to 6. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone everyone going to Iceland. It’s about a five minute walk from the main city center. It was super quiet. I would give this 10 stars if I could. Highly highly highly recommend this hotel!"

"I liked the location, right in the harbor, where the whale watching boats are. I liked the ambience, the hotel has charm and character. I liked my room, clean and functional, very nice modern bathroom. There was decaf in the room!"

"Make sure to take advantage of the sauna and spa-style amenities. Very comfortable place to stay!!"

"Place was close to everything, I only stayed two nights and both days shower was not working. Breakfast is served at 7:30am, I guess the 7:00am only applies during summer time."

"Super ubicado , lo único es que no hay estacionamiento cerca, pequeña la habitación que nos dieron para 3 personas"

"This accommodation was nice, the rooms were clean and the staff were very nice. I never had to wait for a toilet or shower, and it was nice to have a hot tub - I had it alone for an entire hour. There isn’t any parking, but it is near a parking garage. It’s also near a Bonus grocery store and the main kitchen in the lobby has a few nice touches to help you prep some food (kettle, fridge, microwave, drinks, etc). The only complaint I have is that it’s advertised as soundproof pods, but I feel...

"Clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Shared bathroom worked well."

"Chambre complète, bien située. Chambre peu insonorisée on entend les voisins qui font la fête tres tard dans la nuit...."

"Location is very convenient, close to everything. The walls are thin so be mindful of that and respect quiet hrs but other than that, it was easy to check in/out. The showers/toilets were always clean. The bedrooms are small but if you only need to sleep for a couple hrs I think it’s perfect because you have privacy and enough space for your belongings. There is no front desk but I believe you can message them with any inquiries - I tried to request a fresh towel and received no response but...

"The property was excellent. It was clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is plentiful and tasty. I gave the hotel a 4 for 2 reasons. 1) Design - if you have luggage you have to take an elevator up 1 floor to get to reception or carry your luggage up a flight of stairs. Very odd design IMO. 2) bathroom - it’s small and poorly designed. The shower will generally leak water on the rest of the floor and the sink counter was very small. Minor things aside I would stay here...

"Apartment was very clean. Had everything as advertised. Location is good, close to centre. Heating was really good ( and needed!) Would have liked a sofa or coffee table in the living area as looked and felt a bit bare. Overall a very comfortable place. Check in and bag storage was efficient too."
