"I think this was my 6th or 7th consecutive stay at Hotel the Flag. My go to place unless booked full, which is no unfathomable. Best location, service, cleanliness and comfort. I plan to be back within 1-3 months."

"I stayed at St Regis Osaka with my 2,5 year old boy. The hotel room was excellent and they allowed me to have in room dining for free for my kid. This made my stay even easier so I can feed my kid before leaving the hotel which was very important to mothers around the world."

"The hotel is located in the central business area and very close to shopping area with a lot of dining options. The hotel offers free breakfast, which is really nice. It did get very busy early in the morning because of business travelers and tourists who needs to finish their breakfast before certain time. It is much more relaxed after 8:30-9:00. The rooms are clean and comfortable."

"Family friendly facility with a Japanese charm that worked perfectly for our jet lagged needs.The living room with tatami along with a Japanese style bathtub was perfect for our family with a toddler. Not crowded in the hotel- only ran into another guest once during our 5 day stay. A little away from the main tourist areas but easy location to take a cab to and from. Would definitely return when we visit Osaka!"

"Wir waren zu zweit für 3 Nächte im Prezio Hotel. Das Zimmer war wirklich sehr winzig (auch für japanische Verhältnisse). Es war sehr sauber, aber leider hatten wir nur ein Fenster, das ca. 1m von der nächsten Hauswand entfernt war, wodurch das Zimmer sehr dunkel war. "I was very curious about this relatively new hotel. It is stark - so modern it veers on being cold. Absolutely every surface is white. Our room was decently sized and we really enjoyed the always-on bathtub and the filtered water tap. "I had a really disappointing stay at Smile Premier Inn in Osaka. If I had known about some of their policies beforehand, I never would have booked. One of the biggest issues was that they don’t offer luggage transfer services. Every other hotel I stayed at during my trip was happy to help arrange luggage forwarding, which is incredibly common and incredibly convenient when moving between cities.
