"Located conveniently 10 mins walk away from Bowness Bay and 5 mins walk away from the town centre. We had a good view from the room. Parking can be a challenge, but you’d be able to find a spot nearby. Overall a great stay."

"Location was perfect right in the centre of historic Hawkshead ask about car parking at the primary school. On Suite was very small, the vanity didn’t drain properly, the sensor light is a pain when you don’t want to wake-up your partner at night! A common problem with all accommodation in the Uk is that only having a Duvet on the bed to hot to use and worst no top sheet, Duvets are to hot in winter because of the heating and to hot in summer with no air conditioning and with no ventilation...

"Staying at Cedar Manor was a dream. The room was clean, cozy with enough space for our needs. Coffee & tea corner with mini refrigerator too. The most comfortable beds of any other hotel! Breakfast was excellent and even customized for my pescatarian son. The grounds are impeccably and beautifully kept. Can’t wait to go back next year."

"Lovely property, breakfast good, lots of choice. Walls a bit thin, could hear person next door snoring. Windows were heavy and propped open with wood, husband had to lift up to remove the wood. Room was clean. To turn the taps on, they were the wrong way round Shower pipe was leaking but still had good pressure. Would stay again"

"This gorgeous B&B in Keswick was delightful. The staff were so wonderful, friendly and helpful, the breakfast was amazing and the rooms very clean and comfortable! The location was great, a perfect place to end days ambling in the hills. I couldn’t more highly recommend a place to stay."

"We can't recommend Storrs Gate House enough, such a good break away here. Susann and Glenn are amazing hosts, such friendly, lovely people. Breakfasts were incredible and definitely set you up for the day, we are missing those breakfasts! The house is so beautiful, our room was perfect, plenty of space and beautifully decorated. Our celebratory time away was made all the more special staying at Storrs Gate, we would definitely like to stay here again, thank you for such a lovely stay."
