Secrets The Vine Cancun - Adults Only - All Inclusive

8/10 Good

"The property was beautiful and well maintained. This is high rise hotel property not a sprawling complex. So not a lot of walking but not a whole lot to see. The beach was gorgeous but tons of seaweed was all along the coastline (not the properties fault). The water was pretty rough with large waves the 4 days we were there and danger flags were posted. The breakfast in the Market Cafe was a buffet with about anything you could want. We really enjoyed it. The restaurants were good but not great. We ate at the sea salt and it was a grill night buffet lots of grilled meat and seafood selections steak was a little tough and overcooked but overall we enjoyed. We ate at the Italian restaurant and it was pretty good. The only disappointment was the Steak restaurant we accepted a $150 up charge to get a reserved table and time, a bottle of wine and 2 lobster and Steak dinners. The e bottle of wine we selected was excellent!!! Although the food came cold, the steak and lobster overcooked and tough. The waiter didn’t come back to check on us till time for dessert after we had unhappily picked at our food and given up. That was overall the only bad experience. The staff and service was excellent!!!!!!!! Super nice and extraordinarily helpful!!! We went early in the week so there wasn’t much entertainment at night but by Thursday our last night the entertainment and energy level increased. I’d visit again for the cleanliness of the property and the excellent service for the staff!!!"

"The cove area was beautiful and allowed us to swim even when the ocean was rough. Plenty of lounge chairs at the beach and pool areas! The vibe of this resort is ideal for those who want to relax in a family- friendly environment. If you are looking for tons of water activities or a party vibe this would not be the resort for you. We loved the jungle feel and wildlife throughout the resort. Staff was friendly and helpful!"

"I stayed at Rio La Americana from Monday to Friday, and everything was excellent. This was my third time staying there, and once again I had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly, the accommodations were great, and the service was outstanding. The massage was excellent, and Erica did a fantastic job. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. I look forward to returning again."
