"The resort is terrific and has some of the best foods we have had at an inclusive resort - the rooms and the many pools (including the swim out pools from your room) were top-flight and the hosts were all helpful (straightened out a room assignment issue quickly) - the restaurants really felt like restaurants based on the quality and service (almost pulled out a credit card after every meal) - the only issue is the beach is unusable because of massive amounts of seaweed - understand that is something that the hotel can not easily change but that should be highlighted in their literature because that was a disappointment for us."

"We usually stay at a new resort each time in Mexico, but we will definitely be coming back to Iberostar. I loved the small size of the resort but it was never a bad thing because there was so much to do. The food was the best at any all inclusive I’ve stayed at. The only two things I could think to call out as improvements were there only being one option for breakfast and no breakfast room service- so you had to get up and go each morning. They did let us bring a plate of food back for my mom though. The pool tiles were coming off pretty frequently and were sharp on the feet. But overall we would definitely stay there again and enjoyed it very much!"
