Grand Mercure Bali Seminyak

"We chose Grand Mercure Seminyak Beach as our final stop in Bali before returning to Australia, and it was a lovely way to finish our holiday. The location was perfect — right on the border of Seminyak and Legian, so we loved being able to enjoy the mix of both areas, while also being so close to the beach. We upgraded to a water-view room, which was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. Our only concern was that we weren’t told the upgraded room wasn’t quite ready until after agreeing to the upgrade, which would have been helpful to know beforehand. The room was also extremely hot when we entered due to the card-operated electricity and air-conditioning, although it cooled down eventually. The facilities were lovely and the spa was a real highlight. Beautiful facilities and our treatment was an absolutely delicious treat to end the holiday! Staff were friendly and very attentive — perhaps a little overly attentive at breakfast when we would have preferred to relax without quite so many check-ins, but clearly well intentioned. Overall, a beautiful stay with a fantastic location, lovely facilities and wonderful spa. A great final stop in Bali!"

"Breakfast was great with a good variety of food to choose from. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Ramon ,he couldn’t do enough for us. The swimming pool was great and very relaxing with a bar facility and staff service happy to serve our needs. Great and enjoyable experience staying at the Ramada Hotel. Will happily stay again in the future."

"We had a great stay at Cross Paasha Seminyak. We stayed for 8 days and the location was perfect and very convenient, with plenty of restaurants, shops and cafes nearby and in walking distance. The staff were all extremely friendly, welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay, and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The pool area is lovely and we really enjoyed spending time there. The only thing I would mention is that, as another reviewer has noted, there are quite a few loose tiles in the pool which could be a little hazardous and would be good to have repaired. Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay and would definitely come back again."

"We stayed in a villa. Worth every penny. The staff were outstanding, especially big shout out to June for greeting us by name every morning and taking such good care of us. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Villas were immaculate. The restaurant and room service had everything we needed. Could not speak more highly of the whole experience."
