Both the housekeeper’s and receptionist are exceptional! The room was lovely with great pillows and mattress - something that’s very important to me and you don’t always get it from a hotel stay. The hotel is in a great location, next to the river and with lovely outdoor seating and a car park too! It’s great that you have a car park This was our first time visiting Blandford Forum as we our considering our next move and Blandford Forum is at the top of our list. "

"Not enough towels in room had to get them from reception. When room was made up 2nd day of staying some towels were taken away but none in their place. Remote control did not work only even after new batteries were fitted. "

"Booked and paid last year for room with king bed. Didnt get that. No explanation why from staff. Room was in old part with no ventilation and double bed that needed to be replaced years ago. Pillows were terrible. Floors created and shower water got stuck on scalding and needed to be fixed. All over very disappointing stay. "
