"First holiday away since a heavy spine surgery. Staff were welcoming, attentive, knowledgeable, kind. Recommendations to local attractions and explainibg how the taxi and bus system works (titsa app) allowing me to save money on travel and take the scenic routes. The hotel was incredibly secure ( as a woman, i felf very safe staying alone) and the outside and surrounding area is stunning, facilties are incredibly clean. Hands down, the best hotel i have stayed at. Highly recommend to anyone!...

"Localisation proche du centre et du bord de mer à pied. Accessibilité aux grands axes en voiture, et possibilité de parking ( payant) à l'hôtel...idéal pour ceux qui comme moi on la bougeotte 😉 ! L'hôtel offre également d'autres services pour les plus sedentaires ."

"Der Transport vom Flughafen zum Hotel Tigaiga war sehr schlecht. Wir wurden am Tigaiga Suite abgesetzt (ein Kilometer vom Hotel Tigaiga entfernt und bergauf mit schweren Koffern. Zurück dasselbe. Reklamation beim Transportunternehmen Fehlanzeige."

"Really good location and only a short walk to the bus station. Staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was the best I’ve had in Puerto , there was something for everyone to eat and very good quality. The building was very clean and had great WiFi . I’ve been here 3 times now and will be booking again in the future."
