"The property seemed much nicer on the web pics than in reality. Clearly tried to renovate, but not greatly done. Front desk makes it seem like a really nice place, but it’s just an illusion! "Room was spacious and clean. Bed was firm and a/c was quiet. It has a mini fridge and a hair dryer. It doesn’t have bath tub, shower only. Stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and the room was cleaned for 2 times. Breakfast was nice, not the best but it has quite a few selections. Boiled eggs, yogurt; pancakes, cereals, breads, croissants, oranges, apples, and bananas. I would definitely stay here again if visiting downtown Montreal. Location is the best! "A friendly and helpful staff made my stay there most excellent. I would have preferred a genuine brass room key. And one for the front door as well. But that's the modern world I guess. In any case the hotel was very nice and I love the neighborhood."

"We stayed on the bottom floor but got access to two bathrooms and a full kitchen. Staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. It’s an old building so keep that in mind. I enjoyed the charm and reminded me of staying in my first apartment. I would stay there again!"

"Experience was good very good. Staff were very helpful when we asked for table fan. They gaves sugestions of local restarunts. Breakfast was decent, my kid enjyed them. They gave 1 hour extension too. This is very very close (2 minutes drive) to cosmo place in laval and centropolis mall. Smal Kitchen helps cook baby food and tv had lot of options. Plenty parking."

"Booked , was not able to stay due to no dogs . Said on Expedia said dog friendly ! Didn’t check in and they still charged me for the night , had option pay now or pay when checked in . I requested pay when checking in . Lady at front desk said I wouldn’t be charged . Stayed at another hotel , checked my card 1/2 hour later and she charged my card !!!"
