"Best hotel service I've ever experienced. Accidentally booked 2 rooms due to Internet dropouts whilst booking overseas and the staff named Jane spent time to cancel and reimburse us.
One of the best hotel pool & gym too.
Great location, huge clean comfortable room, great view of Jakarta monument.
Will definitely bring Family & friends to this hotel."
