"We stayed in 12 different hotels during our trip to Japan and I think we all agreed this one was our favourite! It’s in such a quiet and beautiful area. The apartments are so new and beautiful. Every detail has been thought of. They are spacious, clean, modern and beautiful! Kitchen is amazing. Could cook full meals there if you wanted to. The beds are big and comfortable with a bed each. One bedroom can be completely closed off from the main living area, which was wonderful. Having a washer/dryer was wonderful and so handy. The beautiful nature view from the balcony was so peaceful and relaxing. But the thing that took it over the top for us was the private onsen. That was hands down the cherry on the top. We all absolutely loved that, using it morning and night. We wanted to come home and install one in our house. The only problem we had with this stay was that check in is done via an iPad (no staff on site) and this is reliant on you having received an email a day or two earlier with access information. We never received that email, so it make check in quite drawn out and tedious as we had to access remote help twice using the central iPad. Frustrating, but we got there. Not sure if maybe that system could be done a little differently. Anyway, other than that it was a fabulous stay and we would most definitely stay here again."
