"The rooms were comfortable and the shower very good. The best part of the hotel was the staff. They were exceptionally welcoming, especially Luna Moon who was very sweet. Upon check-in, the guy who works at night was very thorough and explained everything to us. Very good service. Excellent location, close to the metro. A very nice hotel and very pleased to have stayed here. A really good introduction as this is our first time to South Korea."

"The hotel is right by the subway station, and bus stop (including an airport limousine pick up stop). The room was clean and the bath was amazing. The concept of a cave is quite fun! The only downsides were that the fridge in the room was not cold at all and the soundproofing could definitely be improved. The area around the hotel has a market, restaurants and shops, and its easy to go to more 'touristy' areas quickly. "

"The room was just as advertised. The staff was very responsive when communicating via the Expedia app. Location was ideal as public transportation was easily accessible (bus stop was right next to the hotel). Also, convenience store located below the hotel was great for late night snacks and easy uploading of Wow and T-money card."

"Room was very small but bed and bedding was quite comfortable. Shower was good with decent products provided. But one wall in the bedroom was very grimy and stained. The staff were not very friendly and did not make you feel like a valued guest; There were many signs and rules telling you what you mustn’t do! (And a poster promising you a gift if you gave a good review online!). The hotel is located in a backstreet area, not sure I would feel comfortable walking there alone at night, on the plus side there was a nearby subway station. "
