"We stayed here because mom was having brain surgery at the local Kaoser. The rooms were clean and quiet. The daily breakfast had many options and unlimited coffee throughout the day. Free parking! The staff was welcoming, helpful when we needed to prolong our stay, and thoughtful with handwritten notes. They are across from Harry's Hof Brau, which was a great place for dinner. Overall, we would definitely stay here again, just hope we don't have to."

"STAY AWAY! We were given a room with used and dirty bed sheets. There was a bunch of hair on the bedsheets and it looked like they didn’t bother changing them from the previous person who stayed there. They refused to provide a clean comforter.
