We spent a fantastic week at Rixos Park Belek with our family. The all-inclusive experience was excellent, with a great variety of food, lovely facilities and friendly, helpful staff. The highlight was the complimentary access to The Land of Legends, which made the holiday even more special for the whole family. A perfect combination of relaxation and fun, and great value for money. Highly recommended for families!

Highly recommended and i would defnitely go back there again. one thing to mention, staff should guide more about the facilities at least to spend more time with the travellers to get them know everything as some facilities i knew about were by accident. Overall it was a great experience especially with the land of legends waterpark free access.

Rundum zufrieden – wir kommen definitiv wieder! Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Rixos Park Belek und sind rundum zufrieden! Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an Aigerim, die sich mit viel Aufmerksamkeit und Herzlichkeit persönlich um die Gäste kümmert, sowie an Sude von der Rezeption. Wir möchten uns bei beiden ganz herzlich für ihre Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft bedanken. Ihr habt unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht! Auch dem gesamten Team gilt ein großes Lob. Alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind ausgesprochen freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Besonders praktisch ist die Rixos-App: Nach der Registrierung mit der Zimmernummer kann man fehlende Dinge für das Zimmer ganz unkompliziert nachbestellen. Bei uns wurde die Anfrage innerhalb von nicht einmal einer Stunde umgesetzt. Das ist wirklich ein hervorragender Service! Das Essen ist sehr lecker, die Hotelanlage ist wunderschön und gepflegt, und dass der Besuch im The Land of Legends inklusive ist, ist ein absolutes Highlight. Für uns stimmt hier einfach das Gesamtpaket: toller Service, freundliches Personal, leckeres Essen und eine schöne Anlage. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team des Rixos Park Belek, insbesondere an Aigerim und Sude! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt. Wir werden definitiv auch im kommenden Sommer wiederkommen! ❤️

We had a fabulous stay at Rixos Park Belek, from the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out. The food at the main buffet was incredibly varied and delicious. And even if you miss the buffet timings, you can still enjoy a meal at People’s Restaurant, located around the pool, which is very family- and kids-friendly. There is also a bar next to the pool and beach where you can enjoy complimentary drinks, nachos, and nuts while relaxing in the sun. Another lovely touch is the complimentary dessert area next to the lobby, where you can enjoy ice cream, cakes, and coffee throughout the day. The hotel has five à la carte restaurants, which normally come at an additional cost. However, as returning Rixos guests, we were generously entitled to two complimentary dinners. We chose Umi Teppanyaki for our first dinner, and it was such a fun experience! The live cooking was fantastic, and Chef Imam was incredibly funny, entertaining, and interactive. The food was excellent, and the whole experience was memorable. For our second dinner, we chose Mermaid, the seafood restaurant. Everything was delicious, the soup was amazing, and the calamari, shrimp, octopus, and grilled salmon were all excellent. Chefs Ugur and Furkan even stopped by our table to say hello and ask how we were enjoying the food, which was a lovely personal touch. A special thank you also goes to Melek from Guest Relations, who was extremely helpful throughout our stay. She was always available to assist us,

Lovely grounds, pools (especially the heated pool), clean rooms, fresh towels, a restocked minibar and excellent Wi-Fi. Land of Legends access was a bonus. The Grill's food and service were very good, although the setting lacked a fine-dining atmosphere. Oktoberfest was well organised. However, service fell far below Rixos expectations. Food was mostly average, Turkuaz was overcrowded, and many dishes at People's tasted stale. Soup, lahmacun and Turkish night were highlights, but seafood and fruit choices were limited. Nobody explained à la carte reservations until day three, when we learned about the QR code. Teppanyaki was a tiny space seating around six. We fetched our own drinks about 80% of the time. Cocktails lacked flavour, and the only Starbucks point had long queues. Guest relations was the biggest disappointment: all four staff were focused on their phones. The seated employee dealt with us reluctantly, then returned to her phone. A passing colleague stepped in to help. Their indifference made us wish we could leave early. Smoking in nonsmoking areas went unchallenged. Repeated massage sales pitches were intrusive, and language barriers made requests difficult. Shuttles ran only every 15 minutes, and lifts were cramped. The patisserie opened at noon and was already closed when we went after dinner. Beautiful facilities, but everyday service felt closer to an ordinary three-star hotel. Overall: 3/5.

Very stange problem At the beginning, everything was perfect: the staff, the food and the facilities. However, from the first day, I noticed bites on my wife’s and children’s skin. I could not find an explanation until the third day, when we made a shocking and unpleasant discovery: there were bed bugs in our room. Once we informed the hotel, the team reacted quickly and moved us to another room. I would especially like to thank aizha a, who was very responsive, professional and cooperative throughout the situation. Apart from this incident, the hotel is large and impressive, the food is good, the staff are friendly, and and the kids’ club is very active. Despite all of this, I cannot simply overlook such a bad experience in a hotel that is so expensive and so highly reputed. This kind of situation is extremely disappointing for a hotel of this standard.
