"Staff amazing-nothing was too much trouble. Close to train. A great stay."

"No USB charge and the bathtop is so high no that safe for elderly peoples the room is old"

"the hot waters temperature is uneven during showers"

"My room during this stay was not clean. Especially the bathroom was bad and had remains from the guests that stayed earlier. I generally like this hotel so hope the hotel improves their cleaning. Location is great and staff are friendly. They can keep your luggage for free."

"Superb for ALL facilities and service Except : Room is too dark, not enough lighting"

"Location is great connected to Moko Mall with lots of food option. No breakfast at hotel and after mall hour you will need 10-15 mins walk to the convenience store. The gym is great with steam and sauna "

"It was the third time I stayed at this hotel, because I feel safe as a solo travel. The location is excellent, each time I discovered new things to do! The staff took care of me very well on this last stay, because I had food poisoning. They helped me found an English-speaking doctor and booked me a taxi. The staff who cleaned my room was so nice, he was concerned that I hadn’t left my room. He was quick to clean up while I stayed in the room. The size of the room is bigger than most in HK."

"The best part is, the place is near from everything. Groceries, mall, mtr, etc. And my room has the cityview. The best. But it is very strict that everyone must check out at 11, and your key can not open the door although your bagage still inside. "

"Hotel bagus dan nyaman, termasuk lingkungan sekitar hotel juga nyaman dengan pemandangan kota walaupun hotel dipinggir laut. Salah satu hotel yg dekat dengan dermaga untuk naik kapal menuju HK island"

"Very good"

"The room is clean staff is helpful the breakfast is good. I enjoy."

"地點適中,環境乾淨"

"love the location because it's near to the exhibition centre, 10 minutes walking. Our favorite restaurants : JoyHing Roast meat, Kam's Roast Goose, Kao De Zhu all within walking distance. The only setback is the hotel rooms are old-fashioned without the modern facilities. They only gave small carton drinks."
