"Booked the highest tier 'Posh Club' for 6 friends (3 rooms), expecting luxury. It was a complete scam. Check-in took an hour in the 'exclusive' area where we were ignored, received no info, and missed lunch. No welcome amenities as advertised.
The 24-hour butler is a myth. We hauled our own luggage across the resort at both check-in and check-out. In-room premium amenities were missing; after complaining, they brought 2 pieces of fruit. The butler was unreachable or 'forgot' our requests.

"Zimmer waren sauber, sind aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Servicepersonal arbeitet total ohne Konzept während der Essenszeiten, daher eher negativ. Essensbüffet relativ klein für so grosses Hotel, eher wenig Auswahl. Wurde auch nicht immer nachgefüllt, so kam es einem vor wie man noch die Reste essen kann. Qualität der Speisen eher mässig.
