"Beautiful place in Sharm"

"Rixos Seagate Premium Hotel is a very big hotel. There are many swimming pools, none of them are overcrowded. There are shuttle TukTuk buses in between pools, bars and restaurants taking just 2-3 minutes in-between places. This hotel is all inclusive- food was very good, one of the restaurants’ works until 2am and there is always variety of food at any time. My son has a severe nut allergy and staff always assisted getting whatever food my son desired. Room service and restaurants use QR code to look at menus but they also have printed menus available. The most exceptional staff were Housekeeping staff: many 5 star hotels would knock on your room many times even if you have a non disturb sign and bother you with room changes; we never had a sign out and the housekeeping staff would simply meet us outside asking if ok to change the room; always greeted us with a smile. Housekeeping managers asked if all was ok and if there were any issues! I would suggest booking activities from within hotel as you can get cheaper deals. We took speedboat and saw dolphins on both trips via hotel’s operators. I suggest using hotel operators as other taxi drivers struggle to drive into hotel’s area and you end up looking for taxi drivers just juggling logistics. Camel rides and horse rides by the sea were great. There is an expectation to tip whatever trip you take though, some helpers openly tell you to tip them. Overall if we were to go back - we would return here again!"
Stella Di Mare Beach Hotel & Spa

"This hotel is truly special. We have stayed at several hotels around the world and Stella is one of the best. We chose this hotel because of the calm sea and the house reef. The house reef is amazing, with thousands of beautiful fish and coral near the jetty close to the Asian restaurant. Don’t go to the Ras Mohamed marine park, it is nowhere near as good as Stella’s reef. The food is excellent, the staff are excellent, the rooms are excellent, the swimming pools, the restaurants, the grounds, the spa, the shops are all excellent. Make sure to eat at the Asian restaurant at least once. Special mentions for excellent customer service go to Mohamed at the poolside bar, Ahmed who did our rooms and made us smile every day with his beautiful towel art, and the waiters: David, Michael and Milad. Also Mohamed at the Spa who arranged massages for us. We will be back!"

"This resort was amazing and so much fun!! The food is top notch. The buffet at The Palm restaurant had every food type you could ask for. Service is top notch too. My husband and I were treated like royalty at this resort. I’d like to mention two staff members that made our trip special; Saleh at the Palm restaurant and Elsayed at X bar. We loved the vibe and energy at this resort. They have a DJ at X bar every day from 5-7pm. Also, a DJ at one of the pools. Our suite was beautiful and very clean. We had a great time!!! We left for Cairo after our stay at Rixo’s, and I want to go back!"
