"The pool hours and restrictions were not very good. I had 2 boys ages 16 that,wanted to swim but we didnt arrive until 730 and the pool only allows adults after 8pm. That waa pretty disappointing!!! Plus the arcade closed early ao there really wasnt much for that age. "

"Very tired rooms but very clean. Staff were prompt and friendly. Didn't use the pool. Close to arena and stadiums. Very walkable area in downtown Buffalo."

"The breakfast options needed to accommodate people who have gluten, and dairy intolerance. More selections of tea would’ve been nice. "

"Breakfast was great. The shuttle service from hotel to arena downtown was amazing! They brought us to March madness games and picked us up when we called them. Such a wonderful perk! Drivers were so friendly "

"Room was fabulous. Location was ideal. Staff were very accommodating and friendly.Only downside was parking was across the street in a pay by the day garage."

"Very convenient to the theater that was the best part. The hotel needs a make over like yesterday. Most things were out dated in the rooms. Toilet so low to the floor felt like a toddler. The track for the shower door was stuck I had to get a way in and out. Too many people loitering in the lobby just chilling like its the hang out spot. Didn't like that. Not enough parking or designated handicapped or street parking"
