Staff barely courteous. Room had no proper lighting. Just small bedside lights, a dull LED strip behind the bed and a lamp we had to crawl behind the desk to find a switch for. Fixtures were flimsy. The whole hotel experience was wonderful! Just need to be specific with regards to vegan 🌱 options on the menu! Table napkins definitely need upgrading for a 4 star restaurant
