When I contacted reception, I was informed that the hotel had not yet set up the Chromecast functionality, so streaming was unavailable. "The hotel is looking a bit tired and in need of an update. The room was fine...no safe, furniture a bit tatty and some black mould around the bath/shower. Only 1 dressing robe and slippers in the room, although booked as a couple. Room service was a bit random. The sandwiche that arrived was not great, with a tired piece of lettuce, 2 small tomatoes and some tortilla chips. Breakfast was again fine but nothing to write home about. "Was very impressed that I had a kettle and tea/coffee as ive stayed in other ibis and they didnt have anything. Slept well every night, bathroom was also great shower was quite good too. Overall impressed, compare to the other ibis in Sheffield"

"NEEDS IMPROVING. The location was fantastic, however there are several things that need work and whoever cleans the flat would know this. The freezer section of the refrigerator is one solid block of ice, pushing open the freezer door. It's so bad that a person needs to make sure the fridge door is closed. "This is a unique hotel with a bit of a disjointed connection of buildings and some different updates in places, but overall a really nice stay and great experience. We had a suite in a portion of the hotel that had been a house, so there were nice stairs and windows that reflected an older time. We had one room with a toilet and a tub, and two bedrooms, each equipped with its own shower.
