"First and foremost let’s start with Expedia. When booking a room Expedia give you the option to pay now or at the desk. So I ask to pay at desk when I arrived. I arrived to the hotel and they told me that the room was cancelled because they withdraw the money out and it didn’t go through. I told the clerk that I arranged to pay at the desk when not arrive but Expedia tried to withdraw before that. So I had to re-book at the hotel which cost me more money. Got this room due to the kitchen and they were limited on dishes, utensils, pans etc. sick did not work, bathtub flooded and we had dirty Luke warm water covering our feet and ankles upon showering. Tv remote did not work and we were replaced with I one that had missing buttons. I spoke to the front desk about our issues only to be told maintenance was only available part time and would have to enter our room...
