"The property is OLD and it shows its age. The place needs a total renovation. The bed is on a metal spring frame which makes noise with every turn during the night. It caters to the construction crew crowd, which is not a bad thing. But I couldn’t park in front of my room because a group was having a barbecue in the parking lot. Of course they were enjoying cold beverages as you would expect. Some of them obviously were not guests at the hotel, but were there for the barbecue. So around 11pm...

"Great building and apartment. Brand new or newly renovated. Plenty of towels and pillows. No time to get to the square, but it is only two or three blocks - so proximity to the restaurants, bars, etc. is excellent. A few minor things for the owners - there is no outlet on the island. Obviously not intended as a computer desk - but such a large work surface deserves an outlet. Secondly, the large shower head makes for a relax shower but the water tends to fall versus jet from the...

"I loved interacting with all the animals. My room was cozy. The owners took good care of me and were very accommodating with my work schedule."

"Only thing missing was a coffee pot in the room! Had to go from the 3 rd floor to the lobby in the morning to get a cup of coffee then back to your room or stay down with all the other guests while they check out. Coffee in your room near your bathroom is a must in the morning."
