"The check-in staff was helpful and quick. The room was large, clean, and updated. The grounds were well-kept, the pool area was small but well-organized, and the fitness center was one of the largest I’ve ever used in a hotel. The breakfast was good with many hot and cold options. My wife’s only complaint was that the coffee in the lobby wasn’t good. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the area again!"

"The room was good for a night. However the ac unit in the room was very loud and was making strange noises. Had to get up a lot to adjust to try and stop the noise. And the light from the thermostat stayed on. We had to cover it up to try and get some sleep. Not really a complainer. But hoping it gets fixed for future customers."

"We picked this for our 2 night memorial weekend stay. It was so close to Hilton heads beaches it worked perfect for us!! Ample parking, a pool, luggage carts, nice room. Only thing in the queen bed rooms that sucks is the bathroom sliding door is terrible. Either it gets stuck and you have to try to get out or it doesn’t stay fully closed. "First the positives. The room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable. Parking was fine. I think the problem that I had with Spark is that it's listed as a Hilton facility. "Great location, close to a lot of attractions, restaurants and shopping. Staff was great throughout our whole stay, and the facility was clean. Room and bathroom were clean with plenty of supplies, they even provided wipes and sanitizer in room. Office provided fresh fruit, muffins, snacks, water and coffee throughout the day.
