"Our room was great. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The only suggestions I have are to switch to smart televisions, so that guests can watch their streaming services, especially for extended stays. Also, the washers were breaking/broke, so having those fixed immediately would be nice. When guests are there for extended stays, we are in need of washers and dryers quite often. Other than those two suggestions, our stay was great."

"The GM and all staff were friendly and inviting! The only disappointment of the stay was the free breakfast. I love waffles and for some reason the waffle maker was not working, per the tenant/worker taking care of the breakfast. Would stay again for sure. "

"Staff, the room and the breakfast were all outstanding!!! They even accommodated my special request to not be by anyone due to me having to go to sleep early because I had to leave early fo work. I stay there about 2 or 3 times a month when the weather is bad because I live out of town. Out of all my stays I have only had one issue with 1 staff member but after expressing my concerns and frustrations with the manager all was resolved. Definitely would recommend! "

"Everything was great! The only issue we had was with the pull out sofa. The mattress was unusually uncomfortable. I know sofa beds are not the most comfortable to begin with but this mattress was the worst i had seen. It has springs throughout right under the material that covered it. You felt every one of them. My grandsons who slept on it, would have rather slept on the floor. Thankfully, the staff gave us an extra comforter that we laid over top and cushioned the springs a little. When a six...
