"This is a great hotel just steps away from one of the entrances to Daan Metro station on the red and brown lines. The room was really nice and very comfortable. There is no bar/lounge in the hotel, but there is a very decent restaurant on the main floor. My 3-star rating for the staff is due to one issue I experienced prior to arriving. "The location is a bit further from the central areas like Ximendeng or Xinyi. But it’s conveniently located on top of a train station making it easy to get around. The hotel was clean and quiet. There’s laundry machines available use. They only have each two bed one pillow, could have used another. Beds are a bit hard. But overall comfortable. The AC worked great inside the rooms, it’s very hot and humid in Taipei in June."

"Overall we really enjoyed our stay and it's nice that the hotel has several restaurants on site. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Love that there's a laundromat within 2 mins walk. We were able to do laundry a couple times while we were there which made things so much easier when you are traveling for a long time! I was surprised to be charged for a phone call I made to another hotel (different city but in Taiwan still) with $720 NTD (about $24 USD) for maybe 10 mins while...
