"A great place to start visits to Taiwan. There is so much history in this beautiful hotel. The only thing guests need to be aware of is that the hotel does not provide hair conditioner, which is quite a surprise. Until they fix this, bring your own conditioner if you need it."

"Overall we really enjoyed our stay and it's nice that the hotel has several restaurants on site. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Love that there's a laundromat within 2 mins walk. We were able to do laundry a couple times while we were there which made things so much easier when you are traveling for a long time! I was surprised to be charged for a phone call I made to another hotel (different city but in Taiwan still) with $720 NTD (about $24 USD) for maybe 10 mins while...

"Everything is great about the hotel except the location. It’s kind of far from everything. You have use transportation everywhere nothing walkable. The breakfast is hit and miss. The laundry is a plus with the hot weather."

"The location is a bit further from the central areas like Ximendeng or Xinyi. But it’s conveniently located on top of a train station making it easy to get around. The hotel was clean and quiet. There’s laundry machines available use. They only have each two bed one pillow, could have used another. Beds are a bit hard. But overall comfortable. The AC worked great inside the rooms, it’s very hot and humid in Taipei in June."

"Tempat mandi harusnya dipisah dengan bathtub. Kalo tdk ada bathtub jg tdk masalah jadi hanya shower aja. Air mandi keluar sampai ke karpet luar/leaking. Utk makanan / breakfast juga sepertinya seadanya saja walau banyak variasi. Bisa ditingkatkan lebih lagi seharusnya. "

"Rooms were clean and well appointed. The bed was harder than I like and feather pillows, but the room was kept clean. There is a nice lounge on level 2 which gave you room to relax and even eat take out food."

"Rooms were clean. Connecting rooms were very useful for our young kids. Staff were very helpful booking taxis for us. Wifi was reliable. Free umbrella rental was very useful since it rained every day!"

"Very convenient to TaiNEX Centre, MRT and many food court facilities, you just have to locate them some up in higher floors. Really enjoyed Wineswee which was about 150m around the corner. The Place was a very good discovery for us."

"I would like to commend the hotel’s housekeeping staff. Every time we came back from our strolls, our room was always neat, clean, and well-organized. You could really see their high standards of cleaning and room service. I also apologize if we left a lot of disposable items when we checked out. The location is another big plus. Wanhua Station is directly connected to the hotel, Longshan Temple is just a short walk away, and there are plenty of convenience stores nearby. The area is quieter...
