"I always look for a good location first and this hotel is very near to train station, Kyoto station (major train). It's just opposite the train station. Room is spacious for 3pax, clean and tidy. Bed size are comfortable, just right. Staffs are friendly and very patient."

"Good location. This is our 2nd stay in Cross Kyoto We love the location and the staff are helpfull. Definitely will come back."

"The room is spacious, nice and clean, staffs very friendly, breakfast delicious, location is great, walking distance to couple big department and dining areas, the hotel atmosphere is nice, I feel comfortable and I will recommend to friends and relatives."

"We stayed in a room with three beds. While the room was not particularly spacious, it was very comfortable, well designed, and met our needs perfectly. We were especially impressed with the food. Breakfast wasn't one of those enormous international buffets with seemingly endless choices, but there was a very good and interesting selection, and the quality was excellent. You ordered a main dish from the menu and then helped yourself to the buffet, which had all kinds of different things to taste...
