The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful! The location to the subway was a perfect one minute walk away. Excellent location between Nishiki Market and Kyoto National Gardens. This place was amazing!

We really loved staying here! The foot spa and free sake were very nice. The staff are attentive and helpful as well. The location is in a quiet area but not too far to walk to the train station or the busier areas. We would stay here again next time!

Great location! It’s close to so many stores and is right by the station. It’s near the market which made it so convenient. Would highly recommend for travellers!

Good location close to markets. Espresso machine for guests in lobby. Close to many restaurants and convenience stores. Beds were comfortable. Staff was extremely nice.

We had a great stay, the foot bath and lobby amenities were very nice and relaxing. Staff was friendly and helpful, held our luggage for us while we explored before and after checkout. Would stay here again, I recommend Tokyu stay!

Lovely stay. Comfy beds. Walkable. Friendly staff. Easy communication and helped with a silly issue with the washing machine gladly and easily. Lobby is lovely with a soda machine with flavors to add. Delicious latte machine in the lobby. We had a great stay.

We only stayed here 1 night but it was a very nice enjoyable time. although, the room was smaller the bed is comfy and the vibes are cozy. Also our flight left at 5pm so we were able to leave our suitcases there while we explored a little bit more for one last time. Also, it is super close to the Jr train that takes you to Narita airport and it is also Super close to so many restaurants and shops.

Very close to many attractions. Restaurants and grocery stores were nearby. The washer and dryer were so helpful. The footbath was wonderful after long days walking while seeing the sites. The subway to Kyoto station was easy to navigate.

This was a great hotel, in a very central location but on a side street, so quite and serene. The location was great, not too far from the market and shopping areas. They have a wonderful foot spa in the lobby, and free coffee. The room was very big by Japan standards, and the staff was kind and helpful. Laundry machine came Imin handy- but be sure to read the instruction manual carefully. 7-11 across the street a big bonus for early wake ups. Really enjoyed our stay!

This is a modern hip little hotel with fairly small rooms but great location near there Karasuma Oike subway station where the two main lines cross. Convenient for walking and public transport. The hotel offers an attractive foot bath and free sake in the lobby.

The room was amazing, clean, and had everything needed. The staff were super helpful as well. I arrived early and they let me store my bags before check in as well as after check out before having to leave for my next destination. When I did check in, they already had my bags set up in my room. Would definitely stay again!
