"Really great hotel in a central area right on the river! We enjoyed the onsen and the owner even helped us understand how to get back to Tokyo to the airport. The room is a bit noisy during the day and early evening from boat tours/ activity outside but quiets down at night."

"I really love that the staff was so nice. The rooms were very very clean. I was also able to enjoy a private Hanson. I have lots of tattoos so it was nice to be able to go into one. I also have a 15-year-old son who wanted to try and on and really wasn’t prepared for the whole experience if you know what I mean. So he went into the private one as well. It is perfectly located and I actually love that town. I had a really good time. The people are so sweet."
