"In the interest of fairness I have stayed at this hotel before and I had a much better stay… won’t be going back. This time i was given a room in an annex to the property. It was the hottest night of the year and none of the windows in the room would stay open – the window framed looked rotten and locks didn’t work.The room was boiling and the fan was plugged right over the other side of the room and so was useless.
