Excellent hotel just a 5 minute walk from Shin-Yokohama station. Wonderful inside the lobby and excellent view from my room on the 34th floor. Staff very helpful in guiding me through the process of shipping my luggage to my next hotel in addition to storing it prior to check in.

R&B Hotel was clean and with good service. The room was small as expected of this type of hotel, but everyting was spotless and all facilities worked well. It was very quiet during my stay.
The Hotel is very convenient for Shin Yokohama station, if you leave from Exit 10 you will be at the hotel in a couple of minutes. The Hotel is also very close to the Ramen Museum, which is worth a visit as the basement is full of working restaurants created in a 1950's style. It is like being on a film set....

Great hotel, which is perfectly located for trains, buses, restaurants and huge shopping mall (Lazona). Used the laundry facility which we very useful.
The staff were exceptionally professional and courteous and made my stay pleasant in every way. I would definitely recommend.

We were staying in Tokyo for 8 nights, this was a family trip. Great location at Daiba, monorail station between the Tokyo Daiba and Hilton hotels, area around the hotels provides nice walks along the waterfront and plenty of retail therapy if you need it. Hotel facilities were good,we included breakfast as we had our 2 teenage boys, breakfast was well worth it. What a hotel! We stayed here for our final 3 nights in Tokyo, we were going to do 1 but decided to stay the 3 because we wanted to feel settled. They let us check in at 11:30am at no extra cost because it was quiet, our room was spacious and really modern and the shopping area and restaurant area had lots to choose from. Getting into Tokyo was so easy and it was so handy when leaving to be able to grab a trolley and go straight to departures! Highly recommend this hotel

Perfect location and great staff. Our room was on 38th floor so we had fantastic views and the noise below wasnt an issue. The one gripe we had was the lack of clothing storage. Just one small rail with 4 or 5 hangers and nowhere to put our suitcases. We would still definitely recommend Hotel Groove Shinjuku to anyone in spite of this.
