Great Hotel in Great Location for Ainu Museum

Beautiful modern hotel close to Ainu museum. Easy parking in front of hotel. Wonderful buffet for both breakfast and dinner.

As a North American traveler, you need to make sure you select a western room that has a shower. Some of the rooms do not have a shower and you need to use the baths. This is a problem if you have a morning flight as the bath not open early enough. It is also a problem if you think you can shower in your own room.

Such a solid deal. Not only was it $60 USD in total for one night... Breakfast & Dinner was included in a buffet, food was the best buffet food I've had- what a great deal. Onsen experience was super fun as well.

温泉がなかったのですが、大浴場は綺麗で気持ちよく入浴できました。食事はあると思っていたメニューが夜も朝も無く残念でしたが、白老牛と虎杖浜のたらこ･明太子はとても美味しかったです。スタッフの方の対応も丁寧でした。

男性用のお風呂の露天風呂に出る所のドアが開家閉めが、スムーズにいかない カプセルの中のロッカーには、もう一つ、ハンガーが有ると便利、日帰り温泉用に作られたカウンターで、バーをしたら、もっと楽しめるかもです　Totalでは、良いと、感じます

白老に宿泊したかったので、とても楽しみにしていました。しかし、オープンの設備が間に合わずに冷暖房がない事をチェックインの時に伝えられました。扇風機を貸し出すので暑いときは言ってくださいと言われて部屋に行くと網戸で窓は全開の状態ですが厚くて辛く扇風機も部屋にあったのですが、コンセントが１か所しかなく、届かない、電話すると延長コードを持ってきてくれましたが、扇風機ではしのげないほど暑かったし煩くて眠れなかった。 お風呂は大きいので期待していましたが、フロントの女性が案内時に１００円が必要だと教えてくれなかったので、カギを持ったまま入浴しました。露天風呂もあり入ったら３５℃しかなく、ぬるくて入れず、朝は入れるかと思い足を入れたら４７．８℃と高温で火傷するかと思いました。結局露天の温泉には入れず。 お風呂の時計も止まったまま、体重計も電池がないのか使えず。 サウナは広くて気持ちよかったです。 がっかりはしましたが、帰りに女性スタッフさんが、暑くて眠れなかったのではないですか？スタッフも心苦しくて、と声を掛けてくれて救われました この一言で、設備が整ったらまた泊まろうと思いました せっかく綺麗で広くてお風呂も清潔で設備も新しくていいホテルの様な感じなのに、すべてが見切り発車の感じが否めなく、残念でした。 凄く損をした気分になってしまいました。 白老のホテルは嬉しいし泊まりたいけど、しっかりと設備を整えてからのオープンが良かったのにと思うと本当に残念でした。 今度はすべての設備が整ってホテルらしくなってから利用出来たらいいなと思います。 冬には整うような事を言っていたので次回泊まるのを楽しみにしています。 是非頑張ってもらいたいです。 後、以前玄関に剥製か何かを置いていたのかな？と思うような臭いが凄く気になりました。 その臭いが常に鼻に付きまとってあちこちの臭いが気になりました。 是非脱臭した方が良いと思います。

エアコンがないにも関わらず、記載されていない。 お風呂も湯が入っていないゾーンがある。 また、貸出できる備品を受付で借りようとしたら、まだ準備ができていないとのこと。 エアコンがなく、蒸し暑く、それに対しての対応は何もなし。 電気も勝手に常夜灯になった。（勝手に切れる）
