"The property is definitely in need of some TLC. Worn and aged fixtures, lobby furniture and they certainly need to work on the plumbing. The shower comes out in a trickle and no hot water. I let the tap run for almost 20 minutes before it started to work. Sadly, I will not be staying again until there is some major renovation."

"Every single time we went by the front desk people had issues and needed refunds, whether it was their AC, cleanliness, etc. We ended up getting a little less than half a refund for the total amount due to the horrid smell from the amount of mold and mildew in our bathroom and room."

"I rated a 4 because you couldn’t get a better location. The beach is directly behind the condo, shops and restaurants are in walking distance, and if you had any questions the front desk was quick to respond. The cons: T he strong musty smelll in the condo, there are water stains on the couch, my son tired to sleep on the pull out sofabed and said there was a metal bar sticking in his back. We had some trouble with the toilet, We weren’t given enough towels for 4 nights, and the laundry they mention on site is pay only and takes quarters, we couldn’t find any change machine anywhere!? There were definitely several improvements that could be made."
