"This is an events hotel with a very large number of guests. I had a room in the Paddocks which is a building outside the main hotel. The rooms have No Aircon, the windows barely open due to safety catches. The temperature in the room was unbearable. The fan which was suppose to help was of very poor quality and did nothing to improve things! It was so bad I assumed it was broken, but after maintenance came out they confirmed it was just a rubbish fan . The rooms also had very poor sound...

"Check in could be improved. Arrived to a busy pub with customers waiting for service at the bar and no designated check in desk. Several staff just walked past us with our bags and no one acknowledged we were trying to check in for several minutes.
