"The ambience of the resort is authenticity Balinese, with lovely gardens. The pool is nice, but the change rooms next to it aren't. The beach is so close, with lounges for free for guests. The restaurant is nice except the ceiling has water damage. The food wasn't great - for example, the croissant and Danish pastry at breakfast were stale. Same with the toasted tuna sandwich at lunch. However the Mie Goreng for dinner was nice."

The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and professional. Every request we had was taken care of almost immediately, which really made us feel well looked after throughout our stay. She always made sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her warm personality and exceptional level of service made our experience even more memorable. Everything was easy to book via the app, the activities are a must and the spa is amazing!"
