"We loved this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. My boys especially enjoyed the L shaped couch to relax on in the room. Breakfast was great. We enjoyed the setup of the area and all the seating. Staff were great, too. Our door lock needed its battery replaced and everyone that helped made sure the experience was fast and didn't impact our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"The hotel is a little dated. While we did find some random hairs, all-in-all the room was clean. The property was centrally located to Cincinnati, Lawrenceberg, and the Ark Encounter."

"The Drury Plaza was a pleasant surprise. It was our first time staying at a Drury property and we found it to be a much better and more comfortable option from other similar chain properties at the price level. The Cincinnati Florence facility was clean with ample parking. Staff were friendly and efficient. Amenities such as complimentary and substantial evening snacks and microwaves in the room were much appreciated. The bed was very comfortable and the shower design and water pressure were great. The room was tidy, but there were popcorn kernels on the carpet when we walked in, probably from previous hotel guests enjoying the complimentary popcorn available in the lobby. We were traveling with our dog and we found the room size to be comfortable for two adults and our dog and her bedding placed on the floor. We were able to walk our dog on grassy areas around the property and there aresidewalks nearby but you are navigating parking lots and busy streets. All in all, a well-run, clean, and convenient property that provided us just what we needed - a good night's rest on a long journey home. Would definitely stay again if our travels bring us back in this direction and would recommend this property."
