"We were in the lower building closest to the bay. The building was called Michigan. The advertised free wi-fi didn’t work there so we had to use a lot of our own data for planning. 1 night we had to go to the reservation desk area for a zoom meeting. In that building we could get on their free Wi-Fi but not in the lower building at all. It showed the Best Western signal but would not connect."

"The room was old and unclean. It was lake front but had a door that didn't close properly instead of a sliding glass door like other lake front rooms. Shower was old with a shower head too short and the sink did not drain properly. The couch and carpet were filthy, base boards falling off the wall, and there was an old blood stain on the top blanket. We could hear people in the pool late at night through the wall and cigarette smokers beneath our room. I would not rebook."
